I am willing to give a free topsite101.com domain registered at: namecheap.com for free if you purchase topsite101.net. The .com was a redirection extension to the main .net domain.

umm read ur post on the thread on the domain site, the pr doesnt stay with the domain when its sold or transfered, as soon as google or another search engine rescans it the pr will change. At least this is my experience. I'm guessing this is why you are selling the .com with it?
