Is there a referral program for x10? and Is this the right board for this question?

I just want to know if x10 has a referral program... with a link and some sort of special code that counts referrals. My home page is basically a link to my sub sites, and I wanted to place a link to x10 in there.

There is an affiliate program but it is on hold / unavailable at the present time pending some planned changes.
