Motivated Partners needed

I am looking for partners to start a Graphics and Web Designing company. The domain and hosting is completely paid by me. It is basically going to be a community of designers and developers who can work at any time of the day they want. There is no time shift but you gotta complete your work on time.

There will be no hierarchy system, everyone is the owner and everyone has the same rank in the company.

The name I have in mind is Ability Lab.
