Working conditions at Base11 are favorable. We are not one of those large corporations that only care about money; we take pride in what we do and who we do it with. The person who manages the business is online working with you daily, often to help you improve. Work can be done at flexible times, with few fixed due dates to adhere to. Profits will turn into payment with nothing deducted from the member distribution but company expenses (no personal jets for me =/). All of our projects are managed and planned through our casual forum environment.
