I am requesting a number of staff members for my online Game Development Company. I am a board member of Gaming Creations. And are currently creating an online-real time- strategy game...

No we are not cloning travian.com but are making a game very similar to it. We needed 2 graphics designers.
The graphics designer should have had experience creating graphics for online games, with the themes of buildings and landscapes. We also need graphics done for in-game units.
Such as an archer/swordsmen/horsemen/catapult and so on...to get an idea of what kind of graphics we need people go to travian.com for examples. We are currently underway to releasing a beta of the game, and have an income ratio projections of $ 3,000.00 a month, per server being run with a total of 5 servers running within 1 year max.
We also need 2 more scriptors. We needed someone very knowledgeable with css and php. Someone who also knows php and is a team player.
