Selling banner and text link spots on my site

I have rotating banner and text link spots on my forum.

I will add your banner there for 20 credits. The banner must be 468*60px. If it is not it'll be squished, or stretched to 468*60. I'll also add your banner after the first post in topics for an additional 10 credits.

If you want a text link in my footer and on the view topics page, that will cost 10 credits.

The prices are all one time.

You can upgrade your ads priority to either a level 2 or 3. It costs 20 credits per level. You only need to upgrade your priority level once. It applies to everything.

Text ads are also shown on the website of a radio program that has a 3,000 listeners. Web stats are not as high but are going up.

I don't see any other ads on your site. Where exactly are they and what do you mean add a banner after the first topic.
And how much do I owe you?

Now you should be able to see the ads. When I installed the mod I use for it, it didn't turn them on for guests for some reason.
GamingX, added all that. Banner after the first topic is acctually a banner after the first post or Show Ad on View Topic Page. The total cost is 40 credits.
