Hi i recently made a post for free Designs, and I got good results.

I now have a few designs to put in a folio, but im now looking for an additional three Talented Creative Designers to join a small freelance groups.

You will receive 80% of all the jobs you complete,
15% percent wil be shared equaly with the other members of the team and 5% will be put back into the site.

The site will also eventualy be offering free template downloads and tutorias ( these will be add suported, but only on the free pages )

There is a much more detailed Business plan to this.

If you are new to Web Design it is a good experiance to work with a team as this will help you learn more efficiant techniques and skills.
