Need PAID moderators

I have recently started a new forum.
If you are interested in becoming a moderator, I ask that you read this first and maybe read through some of the stuff at http://sbcentral.net

I wanted to have some moderators with the relaunch.
If you are interested, the responsibilities of the moderator is:
-Refer some friends to join us on the relaunch.
-Post on the forums often
-Give me recommendations regarding the forum
-Bring a positive attitude to the forums
-Among others

Payments will be made through PayPal, I haven't decided how much yet.

I have also decided that I need a forum administrator, that knows PHP and stuff and can help me with the more advanced aspects of the site. PM me please

What would I need to do as a Forum Administrator? Can you explain the job more please? I might be able to do it.

-Have decent knowledge of PHP
-Able to be on the forums at least 7 hours/week
+The requirements of moderator

Well...I know enough PHP to be able to live...and I CAN meet all the other requirements so...I guess I can be your forum administrator if you're still willing to hire me...
