Help with Website

Hey guys,
I was thinking of making a website called "The Arts" or "The Artz"

It is a website for any and every artist alive. I do not think there is another website like this, where Art, Photography, Music, Instrumental Music, etc are integrated.

Well, I was wondering if there are any volunteers that are willing to help me?

I need a web designer and a person who is very skilled in web making.
