Need someone to install my php script in the future

I have bought a php script which is open source the company said they install it for me for $35 but I am sure that is a rip off price.
It will not be installed on this server as not enough bandwidth and I would wont my project to be kept secret until I have finished it.
So who do I trust because I have unique ideas.

And how do I brand an idea as my own?
