I am not great at creating websites. That I do admit. Instead of receiving complements on my sites, I receive complements on my actual site ideas.
Well I am here to merely continue those complements but on a greater scale.
I have a number of site ideas...a total of 5 different sites are on my to do list.
I am looking for a person who can put my ideas online. That is it, I need someone to create the site, the design and the overall look and feel of it.
I am also looking for a person who can write custom, probably simple scripts or take already created scripts and put them on one or more of my sites.
This is just another way I make money...through online businesses.
So what is in it for the web designer or script writer...or the person who can do both?
1. If one person can do both, the web design and write/integrate the proper functioning scripts...
I am offering 50% of all the proceeds (income after total expenses) for the first 2 months the site is up and running.
(You choose A or B...whichever you choose number 1 will come along with the deal)
A) After that, because you would have helped create such a great site you can continue to stay with the site you create for me and gain 20% of all the proceeds as long as you are still there with me...tweaking the site or making it better as we see fit.
B) You will be given one more month of 75% proceeds (income after total expenses) and leave your position in the particular site or sites.

2. If two people are needed, a web designer, and another script writer...
I am offering 30% proceeds (income after total expenses) for the first month the site is up and running.
(You choose A, B, C, D, ...whichever you choose number 2 will come along with the deal)
A) After that, because you would have helped create such a great site you both can continue to stay with the site you both helped create for me and gain 32% of the proceeds (income after total expenses) for as long as the site is running and creating positive income, with your small tweaks onto the site.
B) You can both of course after completing your term in accordance to number 2, take your leave and be given 15% of all the proceeds (income after expenses) for the next 3 months the site is up and running, creating a positive cash flow.
C) If one person chooses to stay and the other does not, the person who stays will receive 50% of the proceeds (income after expenses) for as long as the site is up and running, creating a positive cash flow. If this occurs the person who stays will of course stay with the site and it's owner (myself) as a partner who will receive 50% of proceeds only if they do make an effort to improve the site.
The person who leaves will be given 20% of the proceeds (income after expenses) for 1 month after their number 2 (look above) term has been completed.
D) If both parties leave, the web designer and script writer, they will both be required to give me contact information if further business opportunities rise. Both members will be given 25% of all the proceeds (income after expenses) for 2 months, after their previous number 2 (look above) term.

The sites I have in mind of creating are similar to the descriptions you will be mailed if you are interested. But not in any way close to the exact sites nature for that such information, "if bid upon is worth a minimum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars," says a company executive.

All income generated and paid to you the employees or partners will be received through your paypal account. Having a paypal account is mandatory to get paid.
Also note, income taxes will be needed to be paid for such accrued income, if greater then the set minimum for your state residing in the United States. Those income taxes will talked about further and how you can file to have a specified amount of income exempt from being charged income taxes for, or to some degree, through all possible legal means.
If you do not reside in the United States, I will need an appropriate address which will be confirmed with the sign up bonus being received at your mail box. Within it, will be a document to which there will be a toll free number to call and give your directed representative the serial code which should match the code that we have wanted you to receive. Calling us with the wrong serial code will result in your bonus being canceled.
