It appears that Google's malware scanners have been updated to identify any bulk subdomains that are being heavily used for spam/phishing and if the issues become too common then the entire subdomain will be purged from their results.
Other .cc domains and subdomains should not be affected, its only sites with a .co.cc domain that have been given the bullet.
