Adsense can only be placed on a page that a user has a choice to visit or not, because the 'thankyou' page is automatic the user is forced to see it. Same applies to seperate login pages, again you are forcing a user to go through that page to visit somewhere else.
Adverts on page types 1 and 2, I do not think are a problem. However it's highly likely that such ads would perform badly and it's doubtful anybody would click on them. Why would a user who wants to fill out a registration form in order to get into your website or recieve some percieved reward want to click a link taking them away? Same applies to a visitor using the contact form to a lesser degree because they are on that page for a specific reason.
