I will pay you 300 for a month of advertising.

In a rotation with a MAX of 4 banner rotating at once.

1 month = 2,000+imp's x 31 days for the next month! = 62,000 (min)
Although i have more than 2000 imp's a day (2,100 or so) i can give you an estimate of 31 (OR) 30 x 1500 = 45,000 credits to be paid in advance!
OK, if you feel my pricing is too high, i can lower it down! since you have something like 23,000 credits, you can lower down the impressions if you want!
[Note : Talking in terms of days can be too undecisive as the traffic on my website can fluctuate very frequently, this is why all advertising agencies talk in term of impressions served by a banner ad.]

And no offense, but 45000 credits for a month (~50 dollars) on an amateur site is not a very competitive offer.
