A ver si alguien porque salen bastantes veces este tipo de error:
Tambien noto que va un poco lenta la web : www.joselu.x10.mx

Que significa eso....
Yo creo que el servidor no va muy bien.

En la carpeta raiz hay un archivo sin extención que se llama ".htaccess", lo abres y le borras el simbolo "#" a la palabra que te mensiona @MaestroFX1, guardas los cambios y deberia quedar todo bien.
