My Site Help Please

Aparently Starka has been finished with and is working now but my site is hosted on that server but is down howcome because i need it asap

the site is gaining users and its down, when will it be back up? it goes to page cannot be found or internet explorer cannot display the webpage, happens on any computer

Plus i need all files and databases to stay.
