i can't find my website

hi there...
it'd first time i'm publish a site on internet
i made asite by frontpage and after i published via FTP,
I cauld not find it (ftp://ishtar.x10.mx)
anyone know what is the problem can be.
and if u can give me the steps to upload and publish a site successfully please

Where / what directory did you upload your files to?
You should be uploading your files to the public_html directory in most cases.
Also, after you successfully upload your files to the correct directory your website should be visible to the public at http://ishtar.x10.mx
