no what i mean is that i need to use the card to connect to the internet through a router that has a wpa code. also i need to use it to connect to my schools open wifi but the problem is that it finds it but never seems to finish connecting

Is that really an old 11Mbps Wireless B PCMCIA card? Has this device worked in older versions of Ubuntu?
