I'm thinking it might have something to do with it being several hundred dollars cheaper, but I could be wrong. i have a good way to learn, and its free and doesnt cost the insane amount of money dreamweaver does. first up, open notepad, then type <html> and go to http://www.w3schools.com and save the file as html. upload the file via FTP server. be sure to name it index.html and upload it to public_html on the server
