I'm not big on knowing which CMS's are used where, but I can't find any identifying info on supercheats; it almost looks like they made it themselves (the copyright is "Web Media Network Limited", but it doesn't have a download - looks like they did a CMS for 3 different companies, and each looks unique).
Guess long story short is it certainly looks like it was a CCMS - Custom Content Management System. You might be able to find one that works similar, but right now I can't find anything that says the one they're using is available for download![]()
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!

I am inclined to say that its a custom or industrial CMS.
For alternative try:
Joomla, Mambo, or even e107 would probably get close to it.
Drupal should also do nicely.
You could try out all the free CMS's out there at opensourcecms.com
Look under the portals section.

thanks, I found something called igaming cms. I'll try it out, in the mean time can anyone else suggest anymore content management systems?
Well, if you're a super-newbie, then NucleusCMS could work well for you.
I think that Joomla will work with this, if not then there are loads of modules and things you can use for it.. Joomla is one of the most popular content mangement systems availible.
Dare i suggest Drupal?
