Whats the best Instant Messenger?

Theres many messengers on the internet but witch one is your favorite?

I like Yahoo and Windows Messenger.

I like pidgin.
It's simple and covers all the protocols I need.

I don't like Trillian because you have to pay for so many features.
Trillian astra is cool though. But for some reason I can't download the beta anymore.

Pidgin is 100% free. That is why I like it. And it has the features I need. It doesn't have anything extra.

Trillian is awesome for the most part. I found the email with the download link again and it's still a little buggy. I wouldn't except a release this year. There are still a few to many crashes. But when you take out the bugs, it's the best im client ever!

I use google talk because i dont have to install it..... all i have to do is login to gmail.:dunno:

Thus, using it from Linux is no problem either

Either Pidgin or free versions of Trillian Pro. ;)

I just use the default Gaim that comes along with Ubuntu Feisty Fawn. Not Bad, eh?

Yay I got Trillian Astra on a TorXXXXXX and it rocks
but yes indeed it has many bugs, ill just wait until
they release it...for now ill stick to Trillian Pro
