MP3 Bitrate Change

Hey everybody,

I have a fairly big MP3 library. Recently I've noticed at least half of it's between 224–320 kbit/s and it's killing my drives. I'm looking for a software that allows me to convert them to 192 kbit/s so they're not as heavy. I know the quality decreases a little bit but that's not a problem. I know there are programs like this but most of them won't allow me to do several files at once but one by one and that would take ages...

does somebody know of a program (freeware if possible) that allows me to convert several files at the same time?
