I don't think they are true for all sites. Cause mine shows up at 0.00$ Even though I get a stream of at least 25 visitors a day, and usually about 300 unique visitors a week.

I believe you're right. Mine is valued at $293 and it's a low traffic site. I guess I should read their FAQ and see how they determine worth.

I think they are on drugs, cuz they valued my site at $16.00, and I think I am the only one that has ever visited it! Its a testbed for my web design experiments, nothing else. My family site was valued at $21.00, and has had a total of 12 visitors EVER.
