Help Finding Best Cheating Software

Most of the software are duplicates and some have fewer functions then others. Some programs are hard to evaluate because the author has no official website. There are so many different programs, I am not to concerned about the price. Please list if it has a price. I really want to know which program has the most functionality.
I need help finding the best:
·Debugger
·Decompiler
·Disassembler
·Hex Editor
·Memory Scanner
·Packet Editor

Well, a fairly compact one is ArtMoney, it can be either free and paid for. Iv only tried memory scanning (I was stuch on an RTS).

Is there any way to bypass popular game protection such as:
* xtrap
* nProtect
* hackshield
* gameguard

I wanted to download WPE Pro, except my scanner says its a virus.

Art Money Seems to do the same thing as Cheat Engine. Which one is better?
