Buying a Domain?

I'm thinking of buying a domain at *********.com because its cheap and im able to pay with paypal.
All i want the domain for is when they go to www.whatever.com they will be redirect to the account i have on 10hosting. Is the function i need for this called Domain Forwarding?
Do all domain providers supply this for free?

Some registrars allow domain forwarding for free.If NOT, just park you domain at X10, then create a redirect from your cpanel.

But why you want your domain redirected???
