How to edit Google Chrome Source

I just downloaded the open-source Google Chrome source but I have no idea how to edit it since it is all .bat files and python files. Does anyone know how I can edit it so I can change the UI?

hehe, it's not that easy. do you know anything about python? you'll need to be fluent in whatever language it is written in to be able to do any editing. if you know the language, use a good editor like notepad++
