Question Is there an open source cPanel equivilent?

Hi, I have looked everywhere, but I cannot find what I am looking for.

What I need: A Server Administration system very much like cPanel. It absolutely has to be free. Also, it would be great if someone could tell me how to install it, as I am relatively new to Linux.

    I Have:
    - Ubuntu Server 8.10, with a website running (only has an index.html and is only viewable by typing in the ip address.)
    - A computer with a 1.8mhz dual core processor, and 1gb of ram.

Also, I would love to know how to setup a domain i own to be able to show my server's website pages, so I don't have to type in the IP address just to get to it.

    Thank you.

You could look into these options for Debian Linux. I'll see if there's anything else native to Ubuntu though.

You could also look into the EHCP Project! http://www.ehcp.net/

Thank you. I will look into it. ISPConfig looks like it might work (from the URL you gave me.)
