    i am wondering if anyone could tell me what (below) does and how to set it up

    Edit / Add Zone Records (A, MX, NS, CNAME)

    What is your purpose to use Zone Records?
    Give a detail about what you need.

    BTW, if you are setting up a custom domain for your Blogspot,... there are many tutorials out there can help you out. Just google for it. ;)
