    ptc is an acronym for pay to click

    They will pay you to click on some ads. The payments are generally very less and it is a complete waste of time.

    At the end of the month you'll realize that you have lost more money on internet and electricity than you've actually earned by clicking on their ads. And the waste of time is a bonus.

    First of all, your site is not a PTC. You don't pay anyone for clicking on your ads. You are getting some wrong advises here.

    Your site is having the what exactly Google mentions it to be i.e. 'Very low content'

    How many total pages you have on your site. I think it's very low.

    Add content for few days and submit again.

    Your site is well-established n pr1, so I won't recommend you to shift to a top-level domain as that will be like starting from scratch.
