Remember Old is gold... So just go with old traffic building techniques i.e. seo
Social bookmarking, social networking, ad posting, article writing, forum signature posting, guest blog posting...& many more..

I have found Facebook Pages to be quite effective in rallying friends to view, and ultimately on their profiles it will show your page. Also, Facebook linked Twitter accounts are easy to set up and get a following based on type/industry of site.

First you need to add the website in your signature then do what you doing now, posting in forums! This will help your get natural traffic from Google and the forum, but dont just go around saying awesome, good post or nothing like that, make good comments and do it often try commenting around the keyword your trying to get ranked for. You can use Adwords keyword tool to help find low competition keywords or key phrases that you can get ranked very easy for in the keyword your trying for, its all about SEO my friend, Google SEO/Anchor text SEO and try and find some guides.

Do not join another webdesign forum just so you can post a link in the 'Review My Site' section this annoys the regular users and many forums auto insert no-follow tags into the link so you there is no real benefit.
