Make $ 500 USD new business idea....

Ok, I have put alot of thought into this new business I would not mind trying. As the business startup cost is no more then $ 100.00. 50$ for certified paper and 50 for paint/special markings.

It is the selling of certificates that allow people to sell more certificates for a great amount of income.

So before I get this all started, I wanted to know if it is legal for me to do this.

The United States Law, prohibits people giving out money without something in return, unless they are a loan organization. That means I can give you a piece of paper with my name on it, and it could be worth whatever amount I want it to be worth or sold.

Well with this new business I am just waiting to see if it is legal, according to the pricing a person can make and will make at least $ 500.00 a sale. This is a business for a salesperson, or a knowledgeable person of this business and how it works.

The sale is a certificate, (the something you give money for). What this certificate insures is that whomever has it has the right to simply request 2 more certificates that be sold at $ 500.00 a person. Which would allow the person they are sold to, to sell 2 more and so on.

For those people who think paying 500 USD is to low to make 500 USD more or 1000USD total including the investment amount. There are higher and lower ranked certificates.

250USD certificates, insure a person 2 more certificates making them 500USD including the initial investment amount.

500USD certificates, holders can sell 2 and make 500 more.

1000USD certificate holders can sell 5, 500USD certificates in which those who buy it are allowed to sell 2 more certificates to make $ 1,000.00 including their initial investment.

So I am wondering, if this is legal....I am asking this for that I really need to make sure, it is legal.

Now before I do start this, if it is legal, I can always change the prices or change some things in it. Maybe the person who helps with this the most, can have a 1000 USD Certificate ( Present ) allowing them to make 5 certificates times 500 USD, $ 2,500.00, a $ 1,500.00 USD increase on the initial amount invested.

For this, I am sorry I cannot disclose the certificates I am planning to use and what may be contained in them. Nor can I disclose the name of the new company or any information other then what you see posted here on x10hosting.com.

You may want to look into the SEC. What it sounds like you are suggesting is selling securities. That would fall under the SEC rulings and laws.

.....Why would anyone want to buy paper?....can you get yourself to invest $ 100.00 in paper and then make $ 200.00 with it?
