The inactivity time at the bottom of the TOS page still says 2 weeks

    7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10-day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every TWO WEEKS. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.
Just thought I'd point out the TOS still say sign in once every 2 weeks, even though it was changed to 31 days.

Terms of Service probably hasn't been updated yet since the recent change in inactivity time.

I'm sure Corey will see this soon and make the changes.

On the other hand, if the users think they need to login every two weeks, but the real limit is 31 days, chances are they manage to get in within the time frame

I'm sure Corey will get to it in due time

I just thought I'd better let someone know-better safe than sorry. People could hold that against x10, and exploit it to their advantage.

Slightly off-topic, but has anybody seen this section of the Terms of Service before?

    14. Force Majeure
x10Hosting shall not be in default of any obligation under the Agreement if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond x10Hosting's control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labor action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude or type for which precautions are not generally taken in the industry.
I find that section to be epic win, but I also find it slightly depressing that that sort of stuff has to be included in the Terms of Service.

I read it a while back, don't think it was there when I initially read it though

I think the courts can deem a TOS invalid. So all a TOS is, is a big threat :P
