Can I move from free to premium

Can I move from free to premium and keep all data, databases, site, in short all. And one more question will that eliminate those:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 2 of 3

    Thank you

When you sign up for premium hosting open a ticket with the account details and we can transfer\upgrade it for you.

Regarding the high resource usage suspensions... you are allowed to use between 10-20x the amount of resources on premium servers. Obviously if your site is using 100% CPU constantly we will have some issues with that.
