Thanks for the nice update!
Make website easy to use.
1) Use software that is accepted by all browsers. Do not use software (e.g., Flash) which has to be downloaded, or which takes lots of memory. Older computers may not be able to handle it.
2) Organize your material so it is easy to navigate.
3) Allow upload of folders. (I can't upload folders using your FTP (only single files), and I when I use my FTP, I can't log into my account.) Am I missing something, or is there a solution?

You've gotta be missing something on #3 - even when I was on free, uploading entire folders by ftp was extremely easy.
If your ftp /client/ doesn't support folder uploading though, that's not x10's issue. Most ftp clients enable Recurse Folders by default, which just means when you upload a folder, it automatically searches that folder and all subfolders for files/folders to upload and create. If yours doesn't support that option or has it disabled, that'd be the issue.
