But you see the people who always win there. Its not fair. Maybe there should be a maximum win per week, per month, per year!

Can't you buy more than one lottery ticket? If you can, people probably do that to increase their odds.

But now The richer members who have 10000+ points always buy 20 and win. I dont find that fair. Give the less rich members a chance.

It's completely fair. They earned their points and can spend them however they want. I was trying to think of some analogy about rich and poor people but, I guess someone else can.
