Also, I was wondering when I was reading through the Policy's:

Can I put a webplayer up to play my favorite songs?
And,
I think i can put my own pictures up, too?

Like, its basically saying only I can use it and now have millions of people use it to host their files. but I can host a few people? Thank you for the information!

I believe that, as long as the music can be legally played (I.E. via Vevo from YouTube, or some other reputable video profile), you can embed it without fear of a suspension. As for pictures, on a free hosting account, you are limited to 1 GB for 'personal galleries' (Which means basically all images.). Lastly, as far as I know, file hosting in itself is a violation of x10's ToS.
