loggin' in the forum

ho'Wdy x10 forum. I've bin gettin' an email that says I need to log in every 30 days of loose the account. my question would be is this the account that I posted my website or is it the account to get into the forum. I got the web site figured out <maybe a wet behind the ears on the php> so I dont really wanna bother anyone until I upgrade to 1000 SQL's.

any input here.

If you do not log in to this Forum (cPanel, Account Panel, your own site, all do not count) every 31 days, you Free Hosting Account will be put on suspension. You will know it if you try to visit your site or sign onto cPanel.

14 days from the suspension (or more, depending on the queue), the account along with all its files and databases, will be deleted. No backups. No recovery. But you will be able to sign up for a new Free Hosting Account and start from scratch.

5 minutes every 31 days. That's all they ask.

If it takes 5 minutes something is wrong. It should literally take 30 seconds, you don't have to read anything, or do anything besides login.
