asp.net on premium hosting

i buyed 2 days ago a premium hosting packet, but asp.net doesn't work....

is that normal or is it an site error?

Personally, I would submit a ticket using http://clients.x10hosting.com for the quickest support possible.

I had a premium account and ASP.NET worked too well, and I had to disable it completely, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for you, but I don't have access to paid servers to give you any real advice.
