Hosting images (Dynamic ones) using PHP etc

As for dynamic, PHP images, as long as they are for your site and are used on your site, and you aren't using our services as a public image sharing host like imageshack, then it should be fine.

As I read from ToS, X10 free hosting cannot be used as filehosting service.I think you safely stop the site from keeping online until you are given a green signal.
This is safe thing you can do now.
