Hey what happened to you guys? This site used to be awesome now it's a piece of junk... My account was suspended for lack of logging in and now there's no way for me to get it back online. I can't send in a support ticket because you've closed that... The web page makes me log in EVERY single time I click on a link. It's just junk all of a sudden... I gave you guys some time to fix it but it's been a month and all the errors are still there and you've apparently deleted my hosted files. Too much to deal with guys... it's been real...

There is no hosting account attached to your forum account at this time.

If the suspension was placed more then 14 days ago, the account may have been terminated as being inactive.

7. Inactivity

Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://x10hosting.com/forums at least ONCE every 31 days. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

If you let us know the cPanel username, we can check that this is indeed what did happen.
