Unable to access my files on Boru via File Manager

When I connect to a cPanel and launch File Manager it loads, briefly displays 'Fetching directory contents...' but then instead of showing my files, it says "Data error." I can see my web pages online just fine.

I know there is Chasis Swap in progress, but since the post says that cPanel/FTP should be back online, I did not expect this.

Is it a result of a change and will it resolve itself once you swap is finished?

This is because of maintenace that is currently taking place on Boru. As an alternative you can use FTP in the meantime.

Yours is a different unrelated issue due to FTP on Lotus being particularly popular, and is not related to the boru issue being discussed here. That said, I believe there may be fixes in-the-works for Lotus, I'm just not sure of an ETA for when.

I also have this problem.
For two days i can't reach to my file manager.
Even legacy file manager is not working.
Waiting for the solution.
No announcement sent from company. No news. No access.
For 48 hours.. Very bad..


I can't get into FTP account since i signed up for x10 hosting.
When i get into FTP, it says that maximum users (50) is online.
I even couldn't find a time that FTP server is available!!
