In the support forum there are a lot of people that are just asking for the nameservers or the MySql host name would it not be a good idea to use the notices manager in VB Admin control panel to display this information at the top of the support forum.

You can use HTML tags for font size/colour etc to make it stand out if you needed to.

The same system could be used for other problems that are generating a lot of post and are just requiring the same answer.

Unfortunately people don't read them. People also don't use searching properly. Even searching google (http://jakeomann.me/u/2011-10-18_0331.png) reveals nameservers for x10 plus they are mentioned in many other places. Normally telling someone nameservers isn't a big deal though. It's quick and easy.
