Increase in database allowed and ticketing system not working

I suggest to increase the database allowed. Right now i believed only two database are allowed. any plan for increase a number of database allowed?

In ticketing system or reporting/need support is not working. for support we need to post in forum. Much better if this support is working although some answers are we can get at the forum.

But it was a great hosting experience here.

Currently there's no plans to increase the number of databases available for free hosting, with a Prime Membership addon you can however double it for only $4.95 per year.

Support system for free hosting has been community (forum) based for quiet a while now, with support requests being made into threads in the forums, tickets submitted through the account panel is made into threads at the forums as well so in reality starting a thread directly in the "Free Hosting" section is no different from doing it the account panel.

Support IS done by volunteers only (for free hosting) and unfortunately with the current system some may go unattended for quiet a while, especially if the community member(s) online does not know the answer.

There are some discussions going on about how to improve the support system, can't tell you much about that as of know though.

Would appreciate quickening the account hosting control.

Are you referring to the support ticket system? If so, then it is can be difficult to manage as there are nearly a hundred support tickets created every day that need to be responded. Plus, sometimes it is difficult for many staff to answer as it requires a higher level of staff to perform the valid action, or the staff member does not have the knowledge to answer that specific question.

As Anna said, we are always looking into improving our support system.
