Think Free Hosting forum should be opened to all to answer as it seems a huge amount of queries go unanswered.
Looks to someone looking at it that posters are being ignored which may or may not be the case.
But the real issue seems to be not enough people allowed to answer queries.
Even a token answer to someones question would seem to better than nothing.

The Free Hosting forum is open to all users with over 300 posts. For more information, please see the Useful Information topic named 'User Groups'. These limits are in place to avoid the common 'I have the same problem!' replies and other reasons.

Think it needs more responders in the forum as a huge amount of posts go unanswered. The 300 posts maybe too high as unless you have a lot of issues most people are not going to have 300 posts

Just a quick look over the posts in first 12 pages in free hosting forum shows at least 50%+ unanswered.
Too high a percentage and definately needs more responders

Typically, users post similar issues, so even if 10 posts are unfortunately ignored, a few are viewed and the administrators are notified. However we'll keep your suggestion in mind for any future update to our support system, or to our user group requirements.
