in the process of getting set up to use your hosting service, i mis read the instructions about logging into the forum monthly to maintain the service, naturally my account was suspended but... it was easy to undo. and now i hope to never have that happen again.

Maybe this will help others, point being dont get too busy getting your forum or whatever up, and be too hasty to do all the things this great hosting service requires.

1. The inactivity agreement is included in the Terms of Service that all users confirm that they read and agree to when they sign up.
2. We remind you via email before your account is suspended and when it has suspended so users have plenty of reminding.
3. These suspensions can be removed easily via the Account Information Panel even without speaking to staff.
4. These implementations are in place to prevent old, unused accounts from filling up the server.
