I noticed that when you all switched/upgraded the forum, prime users no longer get really cool forum badge as it says here http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership, I also noticed that that when a prime users posts something in the forum, it is not highlighted as it also says on the site.

Can all prime users take a vote in what we should get sense in the forums we are not getting really cool forum badge and our posts are not highlighted?

The forums badge functionality was removed for everyone in the last upgrade.
Prime users' support requests are highlighted, as per the spec.

I answered both points you mentioned.
The forum badges were disabled to improve the speed/efficiency of the forums.
The advertising for prime states that support requests are highlighted, which they are (support requests being those in the free hosting support forum, not all threads).

Update per a different thread, I need to clarify this statement. They weren't intentionally removed; our last upgrade of vBulletin reverted our custom templates, and we haven't had a chance to hack them back into place. They were not disabled to improve speed/efficiency.

They are on the list to come back, but an ETA as to when is still "up in the air" - there's been a lot of major changes recently that were higher on the to-do list.
