CPanel Mobile?

I don't really use software like Drupal or Wordpress when I design my sites, so it would be cool to have a way to edit my pages over a "mobile device" like my nook or my friend's iPad. All I'd really need is the ability to create, delete, copy/move, and edit files and folders. "CPanel" per se would not work - it's much too fancy. Add in various issues with side scrolling and how it breaks on smaller displays...

I wonder if there's even anything out there like that? I don't manage servers, so I'm totally clueless...

I'm sure there are plenty of iOS apps and android apps that allow you to do this. Really all you need is an FTP client and some way to edit files.

Also, cPanel Inc. has apps for both iOS and Android, so you might want to look into those.
