Contacting a sales representative

I'm currently using the free hosting and would like to upgrade to premium because I need SSL.
I have some inquiries on the subject and I tried contacting someone using the form on the site but I got no answer and this is from a service that promises support 24/7.

How can I contact a sales representative ?

Which form on the site? And how long did you wait? The easiest way to contact a sales associate would be to email sales@x10hosting.com and you should get a reply within a few hours.
