Why registration is not open to the world ...
Today I was trying to enter to Cpanel But I find this phrase

Sorry, we are not able to accept cPanel logins from your ASN or country of origin at this time.

What I want to say : Open The Registration Of The World Or Just Cancel the free hosting
If you are determined to continue like This
I want to enter for the last time, to move my site and taken it databases

If your country is in the black list, it is either because it is illegal for us to do business with you, or in this case because of the level of abuse we received from those who came before you. The policy is not up for debate.

France is in the High Risk list because while we've received quite a bit of abuse from them in the past as well, the levels were not severe enough to outright deny the entire country access.


I should also point out that if you are attempting signup via a Proxy, this could also be the reason it's denying you - we do not accept signups from proxies.


I'm locking this topic as the country restrictions are not up for debate, and calling us racist is certainly not going to help matters.
