Maybe I'm dense, but the open support ticket link on this forum takes me to the CPanel and the only option on the CPanel that looks like a support ticket option takes me to the forum. So I'm posting my question here.

I just set up an account, and I cannot get any kind of email account to work. I tried several permutation so making accounts, and each one allows me to send messages, but could not receive them from yahoo mail, and I got messages on yahoo to the effect that the account did not exist.

Anyone have this issue?
